Drop off and Pick up Policy

Drop off for dogs is between: 8:00 am – 10:00 am.

Cats are dropped off between: 9:00 am – 10:00 am.

If you miss your appointment or cancel without 24 hours notice, you will be charged an additional 50% of your regular groom on your next visit.

Late arrivals will be rescheduled. If you are held up by traffic or even life (because we all have days like that) give us a call before 10:00 am and let us know that you are having problems and will be a few minutes late, we happily will try and accommodate you.

Together we will come up with a pick-up time, that works best for your schedule, when you drop off your dog. Call us before you show up to ensure that your dog is ready.  We value your time and would never knowingly keep you waiting.  

If we are done pampering your pet sooner then expected, we will happily call you to let you know, so that you have the option of coming earlier.

If you are late 30 minutes past your appointed pick-up time and have not called us, you will be charged $1.00 per minute.  

We are closed at 2:30 pm. We may remain open later dealing with our special clients, but we will let you know when you call to see if your fur-kid is ready.

Note: We are not licensed as a Doggie Daycare and must follow the City Bylaws.
